With her background in executive coaching, employee engagement consulting, change management, training and development, project and product management, strategy and marketing, she understands the issues of both individuals and organisations, of solopreneurs and Fortune 500 companies. Her experience working in several industries including manufacturing, retail, information technology, media and broadcast, legal, medical, and finance for vendors, customer and as a consultant has afforded her a unique perspective on workplace challenges and opportunities.
Hope is highly-skilled in affecting deep, lasting change and her work as a women’s transformational and executive coach and feminine leadership and midlife expert is the result of several divergent interests, experiences and passions coming together. In addition to her extensive international business background, she has completed degrees and advanced study in Biology, English, Positive Psychology, Leadership, Organisational Development, Coaching, Neuro-linguistic Programming, Cognitive Hypnotherapy and Social and Emotional Intelligence. She is driven to help women thrive so they can create outstanding personal and professional results and make a positive impact on their communities and the wider world.
Hope holds a BS in Biology and English from Tulane University, an MA in English from Louisiana State University, and Certificate in Positive Psychology from the Wholebeing Institute where she studied directly with Dr Tal Ben-Shahar. She is a certified Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Positive Psychology Coach, Social and Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach and DiSC and Facet5 Facilitator. She is committed to ensuring that she is up to date on the latest research, best practices and codes of ethics and is a member of the International Positive Psychology Association and the Institute of Coaching and is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council, the National Council for Hypnotherapy and the Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association.
