My approach to helping you re-write your story blends the art, science, and magic of change. It is informed by my experience as an executive and team coach and change leadership consultant, my study of positive psychology, cognitive hypnotherapy, energy and breath work, and my own journey navigating the spaces between where I have been and where I want to be.
